WHY are there more right-handers than left-handers?

 The right side of the body is controlled by the left hemisphere of the brain, which is responsible for logical and consistent thought. This was an advantage for survival in ancient times, leading to the survival and passing on of genes of individuals with a dominant left hemisphere. This dominance is reflected in the fact that the majority of people are right-handed and have a more dominant left brain.
