WHY do we have bad breath in the morning?

Germs are constantly present in the mouth, and at night, when the production of saliva decreases, the acidity level increases. This creates a favorable environment for bacteria to thrive, leading to bad breath. Sleeping with an open mouth can exacerbate the situation.

Aside from this, irregular brushing, usage of low-quality hygiene products, smoking, tooth decay, and certain digestive ailments can also cause bad breath. Proper oral hygiene is crucial to maintain fresh breath and prevent bacterial growth in the mouth.
